Hounds

The Hound dogs were originally bred to be used for hunting. Whether predominantly by scent (the Beagle and the Bloodhound) or by sight (Whippet and Greyhounds). The hound dogs as a breed require a good deal of exercise to keep them healthy, some more than others of course. In general they are also fantastic companions and are great pets to have round the home.
